Smoky Quartz is very grounding crystal.  It helps to focus mindfulness and bring us back to the here and now. It assists us to move on from difficult or painful situations. It helps us to let go of the past and become better rather than bitter.

This crystal has beautiful colour and clarity and lots of internal inclusions and fractures that create rainbows as you turn it through the light!
