Refund policy
RETURNS and REFUNDS
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact me at hounvalleycrystals@outlook.com to discuss. I offer a 30 day returns policy for a refund or store credit.
Return shipping is at the buyer's expense and the item(s) must be returned undamaged in the original packaging just as you received it. Return shipping must be trackable.
Once return has been received and inspected by me a refund of the original purchase price will be issued.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Should you receive a broken or damaged item please contact me immediately by email at huonvalleycrystals@outlook.com with clear photos and a detailed description of the damage. I will assess the situation and offer you a refund or replacement at your consent.
LOST ITEMS
Please use the tracking information that I have provided you via email after shipping. If your package is listed as "delivered" but you have not received it, please enquire with Australia Post by phone or better yet visit your local Post Office with your tracking number. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact me by email at huonvalleycrystals@outlook.com to discuss. Once a parcel has been lodged with Australia Post system I am not obligated to take responsibility for lost packages under Tasmanian Retailer Standards. I do however want my customers to be happy so please allow me to help if I can.
