This crystal has multiple phantoms inside the points! Phantoms are lines and peaks inside a crystal showing clearly where a second crystal has grown on top of an older crystal. 

Elestial quartz is also known as Skeletal Quartz. Elestial is a Quartz variety defined by it's skeletal structure - the surface is not smooth but a sequence of geometric, generally triangular, patterns. 

Elestial Quartz acts as a window into the spiritual world, linking our conscious body and spiritual mind to the universe. This stone acts as a hyperspeed portal, quickly opening your third eye to a higher dimension.
