This is 100% natural raw selenite. 

Selenite is wonderful for removing negative energy from any space. You can place other crystals nearby to cleanse. 

The name means "moon" in greek and selenite really does have a beautiful slivery white moon like sheen to it. This selenite comes from the Atlas Mountain region of Morocco, where the massive deposits can reach over 10m long.
